BIOCLIMATIC GREENHOUSES

 

I am pleased to be part of an important collaboration with my friend and colleague Fabio Simeone, focused on the integrated design of solar greenhouses, primarily in the Rome area but also throughout the rest of Lazio.

Our service is designed to manage the entire greenhouse project from the initial concept to delivery of the completed, ready-to-use installation.

 

The service includes:

 

- Consultancy and technical support

 

- Site survey and assessment of existing conditions

 

- Architectural design

 

- Thermal design

 

- Structural design

We handle all administrative aspects, including municipal, cadastral, and structural procedures, managing submissions to the Civil Engineering Office through the OpenGenio platform.

 

We also provide support in selecting the construction company and oversee the relationship with the contractor during the preliminary phases and throughout the construction process.

 

We supervise the work on site until the completion of the project and the closure of all administrative procedures.
